Care Services

Home care built around your family's needs

From a few hours of support each week to full live-in care, Ency Care offers a range of home care services across Hoddesdon and Hertfordshire. Every service starts with a free assessment, so the support we provide is right for your loved one from day one.

Not sure which service is right for your family?

Choosing the right type of care can feel overwhelming, especially if this is the first time your family has looked into home care. You do not need to decide alone. A free, no-obligation assessment from our local team will help identify exactly what support would make the biggest difference, whether that is a short daily visit or full-time live-in care.

How we deliver every service

Dignity and choice
Every visit respects privacy, preference and independence, never rushed.
Continuity of carers
Wherever possible, your loved one sees familiar, trusted faces.
Trained and checked carers
All carers complete full background checks and structured training before working independently.
Regular reviews
Care plans are reviewed and adjusted as needs change, in conversation with your family.
